I am stressed by a leukemia, lots of appt.s, lots of questions, lots of explaining. I am 74 years old and wanting to stay independent. I find these gummies very effective at reducing my generalized anxieties that interfere with sleep onset. If not for gummies sometimes sticking together and some having less than perfect uniformity in size (I.e., some appear slightly slimmer than others) I would be rating at 5 Stars.

This is my first time with this product. I'm glad I read the instructions that said to NOT chew the gummy, but to let it dissolve. That was news to me. Tasty and effective. I made the mistake of having one in the morning. I had a long drive in the afternoon and became quite sleepy. (I went to a rest area to close my eyes a few minutes.) Take at night only! Great price and extremely fast shipping, which I love.

Great for Pre Surgery
I had a small medical procedure today that involved a couple of shots and a small incision, which I do every 5 months. Since I hate needles with a venomous passion, I decided to pop a couple of gummies prior to the procedure to see what happened and I'm happy to say that it was the least stressful experience I've had to date. I still felt the shots but not as badly but better yet, I really didn't care and still don't 4 hours later. You can bet that this will be common practice in the future.
